Basic Bollywood Playback Singing will begin with the basics of voice culture, understanding of Sur and Taal, vocal exercises and Raags. Instructor Shriram’s experience with over two thousand prior public performances has made him one of the leading playback singing professionals today. As such, Iyer is prepared to coach people from all walks of life endeavoring to enter the world of professional singing. The course continues to cover studio singing as well as YouTube video opportunities for the aspiring artist. Finally, students will leave Iyer’s course equipped with everything they need to know to approach others for the work of their own. However, since this a course on Playback singing, students are expected to have some prior basic knowledge and exposure to singing.
