WHAT ARE THE PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE CLASS?
Students are required to be aged 10 and above.
Required to download Free Tanpura Mobile App.
HOW ARE THE LESSONS CONDUCTED?
Lessons are conducted via Zoom. A Zoom link will be sent together with the confirmation email after your booking. You will also be able to access the Zoom link in your Account, under My Bookings.
Please click on the Zoom link 5 minutes before the class starts.
HOW DO THE PRICING PLANS WORK?
There are 3 Plans - Standard, Plus and Premium.
Each plan bundles a certain number of classes together.
Upon purchasing the selected plan, it will be reflected when you are booking a class. Under the booking page, it will indicate the number of sessions left under the plan and the validity period. You can simply choose the class and checkout.
The pricing plans are meant to create greater convenience with a quicker checkout process and at a cheaper rate for students who would like to engage in classes over a longer period of time!
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT MODES AVAILABLE?
Currently, we only accept payment by PayPal but we are working on other forms of payments soon!
I'VE MADE A BOOKING, WHAT'S NEXT?
You will receive a confirmation email (with the zoom details) regarding your booking. You will also be able to access the Zoom link in your Account, under My Bookings.
Do contact us if you do not receive the confirmation email.
HOW DO I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL A CLASS?
You can access your Account, under My Bookings and click on the 'Reschedule' or 'Cancel' button. If you are rescheduling the class, you will be redirected to the booking page.
Please cancel or reschedule the class at least 12 hours in advance.
WHAT LANGUAGE IS THE LESSON CONDUCTED IN?
Lessons are mainly conducted in English.
However, if you prefer Hindi / Tamil, we can do that too!
I'VE CHANGED MY MIND, HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately, payment made are non-refundable. We seek your kind understanding in advance.
